Share your dog’s breed, size, coat, and grooming needs. We’ll confirm availability and details before booking.
2. We arrive & set up
On your appointment day, we park in your driveway or approved nearby space. Our mobile spa is fully self-contained and climate controlled.
3. One-on-one spa session
Your dog is groomed one-on-one, start to finish, with no other pets present. When we’re done, your freshly pampered pup walks right back to your front door.
To keep the experience calm:
• Please ensure your dog has had a potty break before we begin.
• For safety, dogs must be leashed or safely guided to and from the spa.
• We’ll text you when your dog is just about finished.

Important Guidelines
Dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccination.
Please walk your dog for a potty break just before your appointment.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, anxiety, or special handling needs.
Severe matting may require a shorter, comfort-focused haircut for your dog’s safety and well-being.
Pets We Are Unable to Service
For safety and to preserve a calm spa environment, we are not able to accept:
Dogs with a history of biting or severe aggression.
Dogs with uncontrolled seizures or serious cardiac conditions.
Dogs with active fleas, ticks, or contagious skin conditions.
If you’re unsure, please mention your dog’s situation when requesting a quote.

Our mobile spa requires a safe, level parking space that fits a grooming van, preferably in your driveway or directly in front of your home.
Condo or apartment communities may require prior approval from property management.
Street parking must comply with local regulations.
Please clear snow/ice and obstacles before winter appointments.

To ensure a calm, one-on-one grooming experience, we limit the number of pets served each day. Each appointment is dedicated exclusively to your pet.
Recurring clients receive preferred scheduling.
Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, by scheduling only.

How far in advance should I request a quote?
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for recurring grooms or popular time windows. Holidays and school vacation weeks fill especially quickly.
Do I need to be present during the grooming?
Yes, an adult must be home at the start of the appointment to hand off your dog and at the end (or reachable by phone) for pickup and payment.
How do you care for anxious, senior, or sensitive pets?
We work slowly, keep the environment quiet, and use low-stress handling techniques. However, if your dog is extremely fearful or aggressive, we may recommend working with your veterinarian or a behavior specialist first.
What payment methods do you accept?
Most major cards and contactless payments are accepted at the end of your appointment. A deposit may be required for new clients or multiple-dog households.
